Long wait
i have placed an order for a few things got all of them except one. i had to email them in order for the things that have been delivered to be dispatched and still waiting on one thing. i have emailed them over 2 weeks ago with no reply about my missing item. ShockingA2trapp

Disappointing
Designed a phone case then downloaded the app for a discount, but the discount does not work and I can’t purchase the phone case thru the app. Guess I’ll be shopping elsewhere :(Erin is ice

Yay! Skinnydip App!
I love SD designs so much. I prefer to buy directly from them as other vendors will inevitably only have a few of the designs and it’s so much easier to go through them all on an an app for me rather than having 20+ browser tabs open. The app is intuitive & easy to use. Transaction was seamless with Apple Pay. And I love that I can favourite things until I can save up & afford them because I literally want to buy everything they sell! Their phone cases in particular are great, I only ever buy mine from them & the quality is great. So happy about this app.Show lessBolshyVix

Cannot attach files
To actually send an inquiry or “chat” to someone, you need to go to faq, run a search then you get to send a message. Here you can send a personal query or complaint with attachments but there’s something wrong because you click to attach photos and there’s no “done” button to go back to your query page to finish and submit your query. Better than the mobile site!
I’m really impressed with the SkinnyDip app. For some reason the webpage is a little glitchy when I view the latest pieces, however, the app is fast, responsive and very easy to use.
