Feedback on Fueling Process
I am a truck driver who has been utilizing your application for fuel payments and other services. Previously, I used the Pilot app, which allowed me to refuel my truck in a matter of seconds by entering a single code—a process that was both quick and convenient.
However, after transitioning to Relay Payments, I have encountered several challenges:
• Increased fueling time: The current process requires physically inserting a card and manually entering multiple numbers and additional information, significantly slowing down the fueling procedure.
• Adverse weather conditions: In situations involving rain, snow, cold, or heat, the necessity to spend extended periods at the pump causes discomfort and delays not only for myself but also for other drivers.
The current situation appears to be a step backward in terms of convenience and efficiency. I kindly request that you consider the following improvements:
1. Simplify the payment process: Reintroduce or implement functionality that allows for refueling with minimal steps, similar to the previous experience with the Pilot app.
I hope you understand these concerns and can address them promptly. Enhancing these aspects will likely increase satisfaction among many drivers and make your application more user-friendly and efficient.
