  • Got phone number to call

    Moved to South Carolina, 1 doctor down right said we don’t do that kind. Gave zero information on it. Had support in New Hampshire. Like I said I went to a doctor that will help and he gave me a phone number to call. If support is as good as New Hampshire I’ll up it to a five star. I do believe the battery is very weak or dead.

  • Low support.

    I’ve had very little support help since the stimulator was implanted. I have to hold the phone/controller right over the implant to get it to connect. As soon as I move the phone to look at it, it looses it’s connection. I can’t verify if is running or not, until I do another reconnection. I am not really pleased with the product, the service, or the effectiveness of this device. Plus, I am yet in terrible pain and discomfort.

  • No support

    No support and it stopped working. Moved to South Carolina and 1 doctor said we don’t do that kind here. That was end of conversation with him on it period.

  • Can’t login to existing account

    I already have an account but instead of logging me in, it reroutes to profile for new input like when you create an account. Then it yells at you for trying to create a new account. 🤬

    Nobody ever checks to see if it is working which it doesn’t. Get it out of me!!!
