The Pain Center app enables you to view upcoming appointments, pay a balance, message our team, and obtain medical information. With The Pain Center app, you can: • View your profile • Receive alerts • View upcoming appointments • Request a visit • Send messages to your care team • Pay a balance or a copay • Check in for an appointment • Upload your insurance cards and photo ID • Complete your pre-visit forms • Share data securely and in real time with your healthcare provider • Self-track vitals and see your historical vital signs • Integrate with Apple HealthKit to retrieve daily exercise logs, sleep patterns and health data To use The Pain Center app you will need an invitation or login from your provider.
