I personally use this App and cross the border often times. I agree that few times it is not accurate. It totally depends on the Port and Officers their report the wait time. I am simply pulling the wait time from official governmental sources.Doesn’t Update Very Often
Checked the Sumas, Wa border wait at 6:50am today and the info was from 5am. This app doesn’t often reflect real time conditions.eunice scott

Hi Eunice Scott, Please note that I am providing data exactly provided by below the authority. For US Bound Data: US Custom and Border Protection For Canadian Side Data: Canada Border Service Agency If these authorities haven’t given data to app, this app cant show the data. Or in other words, if they haven’t updated the data, App shows accordingly. As soon as they update, you have new data.Useless app
I was looking for a replacement app for “Mr. Border”, a great app which I used for years but no longer works.
This app doesn’t list any of the smaller crossings between Canada and the US or even the Osoyoos location on Hwy 97! Most of the Canada/US crossings in BC are missing.

Hello LstTrn, I would like to let you know that we display all the ports provided by CBSA and CBP. CBSA and CBP are my official sources for the data. I show everything what they provide to general public. You can cross compare our data with official CBP and CBSA website. If something you are looking for not available on the app means CBP and CBSA hasn’t provided. If you are looking for particular port which is not provided by CBP and CBSA and if other agency is providing the current yet actual wait time, I will definitely add in next release. As a developer residing in Toronto would not know how many ports either CBP or CBSA is not giving. Please send me the list of ports on contact@3six9media.ca and I will try to find reliable source of current wait time. Again, I only shows wait time provided by Custom and Border Protection USA (CBP) and Canada Border Service Agency (CBSA). This app is only for a few major border crossings. Most of the Canadian border crossings are not listed, and so if you’re trying to go from Western Canada it’s not very usefulcazjp

Thank you for your feedback. Official Data from Canada side is provided by CBSA(Canada Border Service Agency). If CBSA has provided the data for the port you are looking for, you would see on the app. I have cross compared one more time with CBSA records and it shows all the ports provided CBSA. You can also double check on official website of CBSA: https://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/bwt-taf/menu-eng.html Also, please check time to time. I have noticed that if ports are closed, CBSA simply doesn’t return the data. Is there any particular port missing? I can reach out to CBSA development team to add that port in their record.
