Can only connect to 1 iPhone

I’m extremely disappointed with this baby monitor app. After I connected my wife’s phone to the app, I tried to connect it to my phone as well. However, this caused my wife’s app and the monitor to disconnect automatically, requiring us to re-add the monitor. Does this mean only one iPhone can use the app and monitor at a time?

Hi there, thank you for writing a review about the Baby Monitor+ app. It's appreciated. Setting up the app on another phone with a different login account will indeed automatically disconnect the previously connected user. If you wish to share the same access as your partner, consider sharing the same administrator account to login to the app. Also: since app version 1.2.2. it's possible to add a second admin. This option can be found via the gear icon > my app settings > admins. If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to ask. We'd be happy to answer these. Update on bug fix?

We have the same issue as another reviewer. The monitor app worked great in the beginning and now we cannot get a feed anymore. Any update on when this bug will be fixed? The whole reason we bought this monitor was because of its usability with our phones.

Hi there, thank you for your review. It's unfortunate to hear about this issue. We advise you to turn both baby unit and parent unit off and on again to force a firmware update (latest is 1.2.4). Has something changed?

This monitor worked wonderfully from out of the box and was easy to set up. However, now with a recent firmware update the app no longer reliably gets a video feed. if you are not with the physical screen device then you cannot monitor your baby.

Not happy

Terrible app. Gets frozen all the time. Previous version was working just fine. Regret updating it. Though update will bring some new features or bigger better playlist but no… same and worst
