Words can’t express how glad I am that I found CVG nation! I’ve only been involved for about a week but I have been in the fitness world coming up on three years. I’m finding myself becoming addicted to all things CVG!

I’m so happy CVG has made an app for their community that is separate from Facebook. It’s running smoothly so far and it’s easy to use. CVG is such a positive and inclusive brand that I don’t worry about being involved or accepted in this community which is so cool. Also, love that we can win free leggings just by commenting and posting!

Great app
This is a great app! Easy to navigate, choose what parts of the group you want to see (workouts, nutrition, gear, motivation etc)so it’s customizable to you. I highly recommend it!
Could they get any better?!
I am pretty much a silent follower of CVG. I am a part of their FB group and I absolutely love them. Definitely a game changer in the way I have looked at fitness in the past. I LOVE this app so much more than the FB group just simply bc it’s easier to follow along with. The app is extremely easy to navigate. Kudos to CVG for always figuring out a way to include everyone. Best company and products on the market, hands down.

LOVE THE APP!
The app is fantastic! Love the fact that I don’t have to login to Facebook to see updates and read all the political stuff to get to the “good stuff”! I get to pick what topics I follow and use it as a source of encouragement! Love love love it!!! Thank you CVG for all the hard work you guys have put into this - it is world class as is everything you guys do!!!

Amazing App!!
If you’re looking for a group of amazing, supportive, strong, badass females.. this is the app for you !! I first found CVG on Facebook but then they created this app and its the way to go! There’s many different sub groups you can follow or post in. It just makes way more sense than Facebook. I found I didn’t see a lot of others post on Facebook and when I would scroll down in the group on there I would just see duplicates of the same posts! So far I haven’t had that problem in this app!! Awesome job CVG, love the app!!!

Beautiful App
It’s so nice to have everything in one place, instead of having to go to all the socials and different websites. It’s also easy to decide what topics I want to see and what group of members I want to share my thoughts with. 5 stars :)

This community is so positive and encouraging. I love all the sections. I can easily post or search for something specific. Plus who doesn’t love free leggings. CVG Exceeds expectations as usual.
