Reviews of Burst Fitness

  • I was skeptical… but it works!

The work outs seemed too easy, but they aren’t. They increased my health and energy and all I did was dedicated 5 minutes a day I promise
  • This is a great app

As an exercise psychology practitioner, I can tell you time is the number one obstacle to exercise. This app truly solves that problem. In short durations in any location you can complete the exercise and get back to whatever needs your attention. If you are wishing to get yourself more active, this is one of the best ways to start. If you are looking to find a different workout or add to your existing routine, this will be fantastic.

This is a fantastic app built upon a very well researched system that was tested in the BYU physiology lab.

Fastercise is insanely awesome. I won’t say you don’t look a little funny doing this but let me tell you it is hardcore!
