Pointless and maddening
Explain to me what the point is. You run it’s little instructions, dutifully stand next to your router and it tells me my internet is down. Thanks, genius. It gives me a button to return to the start and does nothing about it. A cruel joke to be sure.
100% Useless
The app should support users while customer service call doesn’t available but this app has done nothing. Trash. Fully fake app. Cannot do anything for real. I don't know why it’s exist. 100% useless
Just doesnt work
It said the connection was excellent even though the red light is flashing and we have no internet.

Scanned my network, told it was poor and that network quality was bad outside home, but doesn’t tell me how to fix it
Hilarious
My connection is patchy, so i tried exefix, which just stayed on the connecting page for hours while i watched a movie hotspotting off my mobile phone, then said to follow agent’s instructions. There was no agent. Or instructions. Hilarious, and a bit ridiculous.

Scanned my network and said connection not strong outside home and using a non supplied Exetel modem - fairly useless diagnosis

Don’t even bother, kept exiting when I tried to run the check on modem and network. I ended still have to call the support
Actually useless
Doesn’t fix anything. I don’t need an app to tell me that my internet is broken. I am well and truly aware already.

Tells you that your internet isn’t working 😅 gee thanks.
