Only helpful (maybe) for support team
Downloaded and install the app, as I was expecting a resultant analysis of my network, like a wifi analyser, etc. It scanned my network and gave me an all good screen with no details and nothing else !!
Doesn’t support ZTE H1600
It says detected non-exetel modem in fact it was delivered to me from exetel. That’s their latest modem H1600. This app needs to be updated to support it.
Pointless
Scans the network tells me it’s slow. That much I knew already. SMH
Not sure it’s useful
It scanned the network and told us our neighbour’s network may be interfering with ours. Recommend that we change the channel we were using and gave us a link to click on that went nowhere. Basically useless. We’ll just continue to call support each time we experience slow speeds. Deleting the app now.

Network scans don’t work
Regardless of whether i’m connected to the internet or not it will not scan my network, nor will it match me with an agent.
