Terrible app
This is probably the most frustrating app I’ve ever downloaded! Have had to talk to admin everyday to log in to see pics and write bunk notes. Needs a lot of work!!
Horrible
I’m a long time Kanakuk Alumni and my son is at his first term. I’m not sure how new this app is but this is an extremely aggravating experience. I have had to cal multiple times just to get the Bunk1 (which I never had in the first place) linked with the Kanakuk app. Now that it’s linked, the photos don’t even work on the app. The photos website doesn’t work at all. Can’t even load on any web browser I have tried. No trouble shooting efforts have been able to fix this.
I don’t blame Kanakuk for this. However, this is such a terrible experience and it’s giving me anxiety about how out of date everything else out Kamp might be…..

Works terrible
I have to delete and redownload the app every time I use it. I have two campers. After days of trying to send them emails, I finally figured out that I had to select the second camper first to send messages. Painful. Love the photo recognition that serves up pictures.
Love the Kamp but the app keeps failing
I have so much trouble with the app crashing. I have deleted and reinstalled and it still regularly crashes. I have to end up using the website to do/see anything.
Glitch city
Very glitchy and not user friendly. It’s extremely irritating trying to look through daily photos.

Doesn’t Ever Load
I’ve been trying to log in for weeks. The screen just loads and loads. Good thing they have the website to log into. This app is currently useless.
Can’t connect
I’ve downloaded this app so many times in the last two days. I can use it a couple of times and then it disappears. Over and over. So sad because it was supposed to be a way to connect with my granddaughter at camp!!
Not Good
App is slow. The pictures load slow and swiping through them is not possible. With as much as it costs to send kid to this camp you would think they could afford to build a decent app.
Bug City
Crashes. Says update app, but no update available. Going from function to function in the app is not intuitive. View photos is a total nightmare. Tiny tiles that crash when you finally find them.
