A charge of $300 does not correspond to any of our current subscriptions, as our annual plan is $199. We would like to understand more about the pricing you were charged. If this is a genuine concern, please contact support@ovrcome.io to resolve and invite your coworkers to do the same. If you come forward to confirm that this is a genuine complaint, and we are able to identify your subscription, we will further donate $500 to a charity of your choice.

Our overall Apple Store rating is currently 4.1 stars with many positive and heartwarming reviews, and we have published two clinical trials confirming the app's efficacy. While individual experiences may differ, we trust in our product and its effectiveness. It's therefore very hurtful to receive a 1-star review from users who have not tried the app and do not review the actual experience or effectiveness of it. The videos are not typically blurry, and depending on the smartphone used, the quality of the videos can be further improved via the App Settings. While smartphone VR may not provide crystal-clear visuals, its quality is sufficient for successful exposure, as demonstrated in our clinical trials.
