Problem with Xray State

this version not connect with vmess servers which configed with Xray state 1.6.3 (last version)
in order to connect through your app
we must config xray state to older versions like 1.4.2 and resault too slow
long story short
1.6.3 last version connect but not function
1.4.2 and other old versions connect function but very slow
please test and solve this bug
