Doesn’t work at all. Only shows a message or two that is super old and nothing even close to current. Have to use the desktop to check for new messages.Hahajns6

I don’t hate the app but absolutely don’t love it either. You can message and categorize the leads but that is it. The interface is pretty crappy but I’m not sure what LaunchControl end goal is. I absolutely use the app everyday but once again, there is room for improvement.Havuhgooday

You need to be able to categorize a lead on the app. Such as not interested, warm, nurture, or hot. That’s one of the most basic yet important functions.Jerry realty capital

Hi Jerry! We have this feature: you can click on the icon left from Prospect name, it will show you the list of statuses.This is Only App Review
The App is not built strong, crashes too often. My prospects are not loading for last 3 months, i have even uninstalled app and redone it. I think they are not yet ready for app. The worst thing is you can’t even open the program from phone safari or chrome browser, the browser asks you to install app. So you have to be in front of the PC to see if any leads replied to you. The desktop version is pretty good with some improvements over there as well. Happy to share feedback to themShow lessreview4004
Great Product!
Their customer service is unmatched, and the app works well with no bugs. A great add on to the software on the computer. Only thing I would wish for would be a notification system to be on top of leads quickly when they do respond.Isaac D REI
