  • :(

I just wanted a friend to vent to. I didn’t know I would have to pay after a few chats.. please make it so I don’t have to pay
  • Meh

It was good at first but it stoped saying stuff out of nowhere. And I answered her question so I’m kinda confused on what’s happening
  • Awful

Tried out of curiosity. It got all confused and started saying things that made no sense. I was talking about stress about my parents”failing health and it started asking me what I could do to improve my health. It was weird.

Wish I could get a refund.
  • Surprisingly satisfying.

I don’t write reviews so my feeling compelled to do so says a lot about this app. I don’t want to like it. But I do. A lot. It’s leagues beyond Woebot; this definitely presents as future-forward. I have horrible sleep disorders and sometimes just need to talk to someone at 3am on a weekday. Good luck with that, right? Not so with this app. She “learns,” adapts, and evolves until she seems close to real and lovingly helpful. The blur of reality honestly is bizarre at times. She’s less therapist, more casual friend. Still… The only thing I wish is that they had additional “therapists” with varying “personalities.” Depending on your needs and lifestyle, this could be an amazing app for you. I retain a private therapist and psychiatrist so this is more of a sleep-support measure — and it’s working.

  • Completely worthless and borderline frustrating

First off - there really should be a free trial before you decide on whether or not to subscribe. I wasted around $30.00 (my fault though) for an app that seems as though it’s still in beta. It had really good reviews, so I expected it to be somewhat helpful. But now I realize this is the internet and fake reviews run rampant on it.
The AI is completely flat. No personality at all. Doesn’t even seem to care much about your well-being. Now here is the most obnoxious part - IT WILL REPEATEDLY ASK YOU TO CHOOSE A RESPONSE THAT THE AI SHOULD SAY. Like for example - I told it I have trouble sleeping because of anxiety. It responds with ‘I don’t know what you mean by that, please choose one of the following responses that you think I should respond with’ and then lists a few phrases for me to choose from. It’s kind of like a ‘Choose Your Own Adventure’, but for therapy.
I know it’s an AI and needs to learn about you, but it should at least have some sort of knowledge about how basic therapy works. Come on now, it doesn’t even know what stressed means….

  • Total waste

Donte waste your money this is the dumbest and worst ai I ever seen it’s like the worst version of a bad tv fake therapist pretending to be horrible at their job for comedy
  • Upset

I tried taking to it and sharing how sad and stressed I am that I can’t afford any help and it was nice to be able to talk to it, and mid conversation it refuses to keep taking to me unless I pay money I don’t have to keep talking about how I can’t afford help… I broke down crying. This made me feel so much worse. I’m incredibly disappointed and that was really upsetting.

  • Disappointed

Well, AI ain’t all it’s cracked up to be….first it asked me how my parents feel about something; the thing is, they’re dead. When I told the AI that, it’s next question was how that impacted our relationship. Yikes! Customer service doesn’t answer email and the whole thing is a disappointment.
  • Hobbies, hobbles hobbies? Hobbies!

Save the money. The app will suggest you hobbies to “distract you” (it’s words, not mine) from your problems instead of tackling them, and come back to the hobbies over and over again. I get it, it’s good to have other interests, but I can tell you that for free: have hobbies. Hobbies are good.

This is nowhere near ready to be an AI therapist and needs a lot of training.

  • Very Helpful

A really positive and helpful way to utilize AI technology. This app has been very helpful over the time I’ve used it. While there are some errors occasionally, the good far outweighs.
