    Here are some issues you might want to address 1. Can’t login with 2 devices at the same time Using 2 phones, 1st one is logged in, when I login with 2nd one, the 1st one gets logged out and the credentials get erased (FaceId or Fingerprint included). And the user should login again and verify with email 2. When ordering a card delivery: user 1st selects the address (location) where to get the card from, then select express (շտապ)/standard. If the selected address is not the main branch, and the user selects express delivery: the address changes to main branch automatically, and user does not get any notification about the change

  • The worst banking app

    Dear AmeriaBank,

    Please make more investment in mobile banking. This app has a lot of issues. Looks like your team is not fixing any of them.
    Also in this situation making customers to become your active testers isn’t the smartest thing.
    Looking forward to getting the new releases.

  • Can be better

    Some crucial functionalities are missing like repeat history transaction, so on old mobile app we had ability to repeat the transaction which we were looking in transaction history page.
    Also when sharing transaction the generated PDF has just message property keys but no values ( at least for english)

    App is crashing on open. Contacted the bank, even sent the crash analytics, no response from the bank and developers.

  • My initial feedback on the app

    Hi AmeriaBank Developer Team,

    First let me say that this version of the app is better than the previous one considering a lot of improvements that have been done in My Ameria and more importantly the navigation now somewhat simple but not that simple enough compared to other online bankings( i have one Armenian online banking app(Inecobank) and another 7 online banking apps which are from USA based banks.

    1. Transfer in Armenia feature works better but looks like I can’t schedule date for the transfer, it’s greyed out at my end. And initially error message popped-up saying “something went wrong”, not sure why.
    2. Would be better if you provide short description for each type of the transfer: “transfer moneyTO”, “transfer in Armenia” , “between my accounts”, which one to use when kind of information.
    3. I changed language of the app to English, but still some of the buttons/functions are in Armenian. Though it’s minor thing, but just wanted to share. In addition to that, one of my accounts name is “հաշվարկային հաշիվ” where it should have been “debit account” or something like that.
    4. My app is setup to use English, but the transaction history all Armenian.

    5. Looks like for transfers Im no longer going to need AmeriaToken app, that’s very great, as I hate to use that token app every time I create new transaction. Especially when you are going to make multiple transactions to different accounts, then its complete waste of the time.

    6. I understand that this application is still under development, but I was able to sign in, and make test transfers, and looks like it doesn’t sync with old AmeriMobile Banking” or perhaps it will take some time till they sync up together.

    7. Im not able to turn On/Off FaceId or such features from app settings.

    8. The navigation is pretty cool, thank you for the great work, but please improve the loading of the pages. For each page to be loaded I’m waiting for a couple of seconds. FYI, I’m accessing it from the USA, that might be the reason, though I don’t have the same experience with InecoMobile app.

  • Pretty UI, bad UX

    Here is my review after trying to use the app and failing.
    There is no connection of the accounts between the two apps. You need to register to access the app and the flow has problems like sending a notification to «վստահելի սարքավորում» that I have no idea about.
    After logging in, on the homepage, I don’t see the list of possible actions I can take but instead my account balance and recent transactions. In the previous version the possible actions available to me were clear from the very first screen.
    There is no customization of the homepage, which means I can’t only leave the items I care about. The old app had that.
    Navigating between the pages actually feels noticeably slower than in the old app.
    Ironically, navigation is probably the biggest weakness of the new app and it was quite fine in the old one, at least for me.
    After playing around with it, I found the app not meeting my needs and making it harder for me to use the banking services. As a result, I uninstalled it.

    Some things that would’ve made it better for me as a user:

    Same user login. I should not need to have two accounts for two mobile apps of the same bank user.
    Better onboarding - there was none
    Configuration options to customize the app to prioritize actions I personally perform the most, not the ones that appear the most used in analytics tools.

  • Registration not working

    App opens web page when you click to registration button and it’s not working, sms is not coming and there is no way to resend or try something else
