The worst experience ever.. they need to be very clear where the order is coming from and the time I paid 20$ for shipping for my daughter prom and the dress and shoes arrived late I also had to pay 30$

Worst store ever!
I ordered a dress and it took a month to arrive. When it arrived the quality of the dress was cheap and not worth the price. Then I tried returning the dress but they refused! The window to return is 7 days and I took 9 days. The costumer service is the worst. They also said some rude things to me. I would not trust this store. I also have emails of them being so rude!CPZ7
