App Still Doesn’t Work
Because the 4x that I have downloaded the 4.1.4 version I keep getting stuck on “loading app data.” It won’t move off from that constant spin cycle. You can’t play the game because it won’t allow you to move any further. It’s stuck on the “infinite loading” part.

Hey Whateva! Please update to version 4.1.4 to fix the issues you are writing about. Your version of the app is out of date. If you are still having issues, please provide context so I can investigate further. You can email the support email listed on the App Store page. I cannot fix an issue I cannot find. Did you have an account? What was your username? Etc. If the app is stuck loading data there may be an issue with your account in the database. I can’t find your account if I do not know any of your account details. I’m doing my best as a single developer to find the issue for you. I’m sorry that a free app is causing you so much pain. Added Context: I am a single person working on the app while having a full time job that requires traveling and long hours. I apologize for the bug and have been trying to investigate the issue when I can. I understand that you are looking to use the app as soon as possible. That’s one of the reasons I made it free to download! If you have made any purchases in the app I would happily refund that for you for the inconvenience. Great app can’t pay
I am trying to pay for the no adds version but it never finishes loading. I think something might be broken there.
Also, I think it would be great to be able to change the level before getting to pro mode. I can’t do a deck in a minute, so I’d like to keep practicing counting a deck and see how long it will take me. No beating the clock just go as fast as you can for a whole deck.

Thanks for the review! I will look into the purchasing issue. I made some changes to that system in the last update and there’s a small chance I left something disabled when I shouldn’t have. As for the suggestion for the levels! I will see how to rework the gaming mechanism. The idea was once you progress through all the levels, you can then just continue to “beat the clock”, but on second thought if you’re not leveling up and clearly faster than the previous level, you have no sense of how much better you are getting. I’ll work on updates and hopefully have something here to push in a few weeks! I unfortunately still have my day job to contend with 😓. Justin

Hey Jae, I have version 4.0.0 ready to release. I am currently being showed an error on Apple’s end when trying to post that for review and release. I have fixed this issue in the new version and am actively working to get it released as soon as Apple resolves the issue. I apologize for this inconvenience. Not correct.
After the app asks me to type my answer in I’m wrong and the answer shown, shows cards that was not there during my count.
I wasn’t 100% sure if it was me or not so I screen recorded while keeping count and the answer shows me a 4 was in the cards when a 4 did not show up for the count.

Hey Josh! There was an issue where the guess screen was taking into account the card prior to the screen being shown. This has been fixed in the latest version.

Hey Luca, In other responses I know I have promised an update to fix this issue and some others. I can promise you that will be coming in the next month. A few personal issues have set me back and kept me from working on this app. This is still no excuse. I do hope you stay with the app and trust the update should be here in January. I am pushing full force on a complete rewrite to the app to fix multiple bugs I personally have found in the current version. Thank you for the feedback, Justin
