Charges
The first time it successfully use one of my coins and solved a problem, but the answer was not correct.
I tried using the app again today, renewed a premium week subscription for $6.99 and then the $9.99 priority subscription trial (which was supposed to be a free 3 day trial I think but I was charged???). I did not get a answer to the question I submitted after the premium $6.99, I instead got a message that I needed to renew to get the answer. I selected the 3 day priority trial for $9.99 (thinking it was free for 3 days before it charged $9.99). Submitted the same question a second time because I could not see the answer from the first time.
Started a chat with support and they said I don’t have a premium subscription (I sent a screen shot of my expiration date for both premium and priority) and support says I only have a priority. Also that priority and premium subscriptions are the same. Support is saying that the $9.99 is from a coin purchase and not the priority.
Whatever the issue is… I’ve spent $6.99+$9.99 to not get a answer to my stats question.
