Won't connect to WiFi
Was working fine for a year. Now says camera not found and won't connect.
Since update today our app is saying failed to load
Failed to load > Reload > Poor Network, Please check the network.
No Cooau Wireless doorbell even showing on the app. Was working fine until the new update!

first set of solar cameras, impressed!!!
I have 4 cameras total.. started with the door bell, i have 2 solar panel powered pmr cameras, and one indoor. they all out beat the old wired in cameras.. great job! i'm ordering two more soon.. great products!!!

The camera part works but not the alarm device it came with. I added batteries to it and charged it up

The system is amazing value for money and amazing quality, the range of options for such a compact and accurate camera is second yo none ๐and the picture is perfect

I have just installed the camera complete with the solar panel. Once I had understood the pairing sequence the rest was plain sailing. Will order my second camera this week.
Refuses to connect ZS-GQ3 cameras.
Title says it all. $400 worth of new cameras rendered worthless.
Perhaps look elsewhere
The night vision is poor and the motion detection is also poor. Very underwhelmed by this product which is a shame as I was so excited when it arrived and I couldnโt wait to set it up. I have a camera that cost ยฃ25 and the night vision range is much much better. Over all not a great bit of kit.
