Bait and switch
I feel quite stupid for trying this app multiple times to redeem the gift cards offered. Fool me once…. Multiple clerks tried valiantly but failed to know how to use the gift card offered. The birthday reward was promised and never came despite in person visits and email to concierge. Very disappointed.Useless bait and switch!
So frustrating with this rewards program! They give a gift card and offer perks or rewards and the stores don’t know how to use them. I feel like I’m tricked into shopping at the stores and then have to pay full price. Shame on Hudson Yards for not doing their due diligence.Does not work
Does not allow you to log in. Constantly says “oops! Email not valid!” even though there is nowhere to type your email (only asks for your phone number, which is “being used by another account”). So incredibly frustrating. It’s been a year and I’ve yet to get it to work.Developer Response
