This is the best diet journey I have had. I have just lost 3.1 kgs in a month. Apart from the weight I have increased my stamina and reduced my cravings incredibly. This is the most sustainable diet I have followed. They give personalized plans for each person and a dedicated dietician for each customer.
My dietician is Shriya and she is so helpful. She checks on me everyday and motivates me. If there any problems I am facing she gives quick home remedies which are very helpful!

Nice idea but customer service is bad
I have been trying to start my next 3 months of 6month reboot program. But the response from all communication channels is upsetting with repeated questions and no help .Shilpi. S
useless diet plan
they just give u diet plan. they don’ t habe frequent chat hence no motivation its just like downloading differenf amd thats more cheaper than nourish with sim plan . Horrible and waste pf money . uselessFBSehgal
