Why ask twice?
App asks you to look at the picture twice, it’s annoying at best.
WORKS BUT BUGS SOMETIMES
The app works perfectly fine most of the time but yr balance sometimes give u the wrong reading - it sometimes forgets yr last withdrawal and goes back to yr previous balance then goes back to normal a few hrs later. And I remember waking up one day with a negative balance which was weird but it went back to normal few hrs later. I wish they could fix this problem and also improve the smoothness and UI of the app it kinda looks outdated and feels like an old app for the year 2024. The latter will be a nice addition but the first needs to be fixed.

I’ve call 5 times and been on hold for 20mins and nobody picks up, even left messages, still no calls. Hoping this gets to someone that can call me about my needs. 701-793-8081
Bank app
Old app was better, the text notifications are delayed and can not be set to receive account balance each night any more. Sign in doesn’t always work. Really unimpressed. Thought the new app would be amazing but it’s lacking a lot.

passcode feature
the last app had the option to set up a passcode for login so you don’t have to type in your password every time. i miss that feature cause my touch id doesn’t work so i have to type my password in every time. otherwise it’s great
