Description of Gym Workout Logs
Use the app to log all your workouts. Adding logs is quick and simple, perfect while resting in-between sets. Each log consists of an exercise, the weight used and the amount of repetition. All logs are grouped by exercise in a given workout session, giving you a clear summary of your workout.
The app comes preloaded with 100+ exercises, which are common within a typical gym. Each exercises are categorized by muscle group (i.e. back, chest, legs) and by category (i.e. dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells). You can edit these and you can also add new exercises. The exercise detail page also groups all logs ever entered for that exercise, as well as fun stats like the max lift and min lift.
