Flawed Registration

Hey W@tchinu - we're so sorry you've had this experience! I believe we've reached out and sorted out your issue by now, so we'd really appreciate it if you amended this review. We genuinely mean no harm. As we mentioned, you set up your account already on web (like most of our customers) so we avoid adding confusion by adding a register option in app as well. If you had registered in-app as well as online, you would have been charged twice, which of course we do not intend to do! We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused, but we have made all our decisions in good conscience to try and make it as easy as possible for our customers to get started and keep going strong in their fitness journey. We are not perfect 100% of our time (and sometimes our app is misinterpreted) - but our intention is certainly not to give you a poor experience, and we aim to do our best in all cases. Once again, we've made design decisions to prevent you from being double charged, and there was never any intention to unduly charge you - you simply cannot build a sustainable app that way! We hope you will reconsider your review, as we really are here to help thousands of others like you get fit. If that isn't possible, well, we'll continue to do our best to support our customers anyway :)

Hey Ronnika! We're so sorry you feel this way 😭 but we have spoken and solved your issue since you sent this. We would really appreciate if you could amend this review, as we're doing our level best to keep up with the customer service requests and demands. Unfortunately, only the small minority of users who suffer problems end up posting reviews, and even after we resolve them, the reviews stay poor. So it really is disheartening seeing this message, even after contacting and trying to help fix your issue. Once again, we would really appreciate if you could amend your review as it will go a long way and mean a so much to our team 💖 I believe we have resolved your problem and have tried to take steps to prevent it from happening again.

It was helpful quick videos, calendar tracking of daya you attends but also the time.
It’s flexible so you can change according to you routine.
Very user friendly and lovely display.
Works a chame worked every dollar.
