Disappointed
I tried the free trial on this app and I really liked the way it’s designed visually and the ease of scanning foods with the barcode. I did have a few issues with logging my food but not enough from discouraging me to buy the full year. However, since I have purchased the year subscription, the app is just not working!! I can’t scan barcodes or food, I can’t use the AI, and I can’t search or log most of my foods. I have reached out to the company but have not heard back. I am hoping they will respond and resolve this issue quickly.
Follow up: the company reached out and resolved some of the issues I reported. So I bumped up my rating. I wish the app was better at remembering the foods I’ve already eaten, but other than that so far so good.SiGAHO

The in app reviews that claim this app worked are obviously AI made. Take a look at the pictures provided that are supposed to be real people that used the app and got slimmer, but they’re obviously AI generated pictures along with AI generated reviews. Not only that, but the barcode scanner is wrong so many times and will give you extremely wrong macros. Scan food option honestly is so bad it’s actually crazy. I would not recommend this app to anyone else. And my “cutting” calorie maintenance gave me 2300 calories a day, which is NOT cutting, (5’4 130 lbs).Peluchain1202
