Championships unachievable
The game is fine, a little heavy with the ads. But the most frustrating aspect is trying to play championships. You can win the first game and select the button to continue playing in the championship, but after (another) ad, the game board stays frozen on the previous game. Does not matter how long you wait, cannot get to next game. Arrggghhhhh!Show lessSoSleepyzzzz
Ok but lots of flaws
Fun enough. I only play online opponents so no comments on AI play. Many flaws include 1. Anyone can can resign at any time to avoid gammon even if gammon is assured 2. Anyone can just disconnect from the server and both sides will see their opponent time out and both players win. 3. doubling doesn’t apply to the coins you bet to start. so if you increase the starting bet, the doubling strategy math is silly and you should accept any double if you have even the slightest chance of winning. 4. It can be buggy. Every so often, usually when I am way ahead and starting to bear off checkers while opponent has checkers on the bar, the game does weird things like magically show me as having negative checkers on the bar and opponent times out.
So fun enough to play but not much like competitive backgammon.Show lessue1986
Fake
The online players are fake or rigged. Betting 5 coins I won every game. Betting 20 coins and the so called opponent would get doubles every other roll. Fake!!hdrjgfjh
Loaded dice
Downloaded this game because reviews seemed to suggest the dice weren’t loaded. After a few games it certainly felt like I had less doubles so decided to keep score. Opposition had 9 doubles, 8 of which were 4 or higher, to me zero. Don’t waste your time with this gameLzmud
They've pinched all my coins
This is the best backgammon app I've come across.
There are a lot of ads but they are entitled to them since the game is free.
But I had accumulated over 450 coins but today I found that they've nearly all gone.Legal Mapgie
Flawed software
This game is flawed.when I am winning and it asks if I want to finish automatically and I say yes, it then says I have lost causE I have taken too long-makes no sense- this has happened several timesbalababs
Slow
The game is slow. The other player can take all day to play. Plus rolls seem rigged. As usual.drdddr
Computer cheats
This game consistently gets the exact roll the computer needs always win. Playing against others I have a good chance of winning but NEVER against the computer!crappysoul
Good
The only backgammon app I’ve found that doesn’t appear to fix the dice. Simple but does what it needs. Only a few non intrusive ads. Thanksbjyfvgddihffj
I’m fine with it
The online players seem to be in the low intermediate to high beginner …not that that is a bad thing. And people can buy points so……. A ladder? Would be sweet. Playing AI. I have not tested it that much. Lighting fast AI play sort of takes away the fun.
BUT all In all I’m good with it.Grinder12000
