Dice are ridiculous !
This app has the most ridiculous dice ever! Seems that your opponent gets 4-5 doubles per game or always the exact roll no matter how random! There is no way that these rolls are random! To be honest, it’s absurd to play this way. Ruins what could be a good game. Really, it also seems that certain individuals have better dice depending on where they are from. Really enraging. Fix your dice program!!!

Unrealistic
The rolls are simply not realistic. I went 12 games once without winning the initial roll. It isn’t hard to make a truly unbiased random dice generator. Maybe they should try this. I’ve been playing backgammon since I was about 12 and I have won about 30% of the game I’ve played on here. Over 100. You lose to the unfair rolls you experience not because of a lack of skill.

A rip!
I played ten games where I had built a strong finish and in each….in a row….the other player got the perfect roll or I received a roll that exposed a chip the other player than hit. This game is clearly manipulated and fake. Horrible experience. Deleted!
No tutorial as promised!!
The application does not have a tutorial as promised.
I downloaded it and installed this on my iPad specifically because the comments said that there was a tutorial. Running the program I see no way to view any tutorial. I contacted support and they said that they used to have a tutorial but they’ve removed it from the application. If you’re looking for a Backgammon application that has a tutorial then you’re gonna have to look someplace else. I can’t rate this any higher because I don’t know the game and I was looking forward to taking tutorial so that I could learn how to play the game. Disappointed is an understatement.

Frustrating
Great graphics and play options, but too many unbelievable dice rolls for the game’s RNG not to be AFU :)
Rigged Dice Roll Algorithm
Get rid of your rigged dice roll algorithm and replace it with a properly random one. And forget the lies and excuses. It is statistically near impossible for a player to get the exact dice roll they need to knock an opponent off the board as often as occurs with your algorithm. Backgammon is a great game and has been for centuries. It doesn’t need you to try and “improve” it.

Recently I was at a point where I couldn’t lose the game so I elected to put in auto mode. When I later went to start a new game I saw the I lost the game that I thought I couldn’t lose because I didn’t make a move in the allotted time. Never use the auto mode if you want to win.
Bad Idea
Why did you change the betting method? If you are not fast the game starts before you can reach the 50 bet. Bad idea to make that change. Why do I get 40 seconds to make a move but my opponent gets up to 50 seconds. How is that fair? This morning I won the game but the app gave my opponent the victory and the points. That is a little much. Why do you have advertising on the screen during a game. I you look at a advertisement you loose the game?

It’s a crying SHAME!!!
Because this could be a very good app. If the developers had any integrity, sense of right and wrong, or just simple honesty. Instead they’re a bunch of soulless, godless, creep millennials that could care less about user experience.
The GUI is actually very good and is pleasing to play on. If they could only realize that there is an algorithm that would be fair. There is no reason to CHEAT except to try to get users to rebuy coins. Maybe that’s the developers sole intention!
