Some stores not on here
To whom it concerns
There’s a few stores in the Birmingham and West Midlands area that’s not on here. Like for example the Dudley store when I mainly always go is not on here, and there’s more than 2 stores in Birmingham. Please can you do something about this and fix it. I’ve also read a review where someone’s said there’s a shop near to them in Birmingham but it’s not on there, but only shows a shop 6 miles away.

The Stratford Road Birmingham Shop is 3 miles to where I live. It’s pick Ladypool Rd shop which is 6 miles away. Stratford Road shop is not even in the search engine.
That’s the only page that comes. Nothing about loyalty programme etc.Naveed Akhtar

I’m meant to get 20% off my first order but the app said my store is shut after I put everything in the basket, even though it’s open! What’s the point of offering 20% off if I can’t even use it.Shafii

Discount not working
20 percent discount on first order isnt working. Even we asked and showed the app to the person on duty of order and customer care.Yasir_ksk

Took my family for breakfast first time at chaiwala, usually go elsewhere for brunch. I downloaded the app as they advertised 20% off Black Friday discount, didn’t work,even the workers/manager at the branch tried yet it didn’t work. Disappointing.amyas2018
