Password reset is broken
The account signup screen is also kind of wonky. It does indeed sign you up but it doesn’t update the form and in particular doesn’t give the queue that iOS needs to prompt you to save the password you’ve entered. Hence my need for a password reset…
It is nonfunctional without logging in. It does nothing. And as noted, there is no way to reset your password. (They never send the promised email with instructions. )

Waste of money and time
Just use Argdata and connect it to logbook. Logbook will sync with Garmin and Strava.
Completed so many 10k meter workouts and wanted to use this to track progress. Found it so frustrating. Created a few tickets to try to resolve and they were not helpful.

poor ios functionality
kinda sad how much of this app is behind pay wall.. wanted to have some leaderboards against my friends, but i guess i'll just do that in garmin or on strava.

Hi, thanks for reaching out - we're not aware of any issues saving workouts on iOS, can you share some more information directly to support@krewfit.net (username, estimated date/time of save, video?) and we will try to solve it together! Regarding premium subscription, we do try to keep the main functionality completely free for all users and most users are happy with that, which makes us happy! We do, however, have to pay for our servers and services we use, without our premium subscribers we would not be able to continue running and developing this app. Granted that iOS is still a little behind on features compared to Android, we're working on that as well!

Hi, thank you for your review! With KREW premium the watch app can send the heart rate captured to the phone app, and from there it will also sync over to third party integrations like Concept2 Logbook, Strava and/or Apple Health. Other than that, KREW premium gives you access to create custom intervals, challenge & compare previous activity and more.
