No customer service, not receiving services as promised
First of all: each vet I've spoken to has been lovely and so helpful.
Unfortunately, I've had issues with getting the other benefits. I've been a subscriber for three months and have only gotten the monthly rainy day pay once. Additionally, I was supposed to receive a care package as a new customer. again, it's been three months and nothing. I've reached out about it but got no response.

I have been paying the subscription fee for half a year funds have not been added to the “rainy day fund” as promised. I initially noticed this a couple months in and emailed them about it. They deposited the “catch up” funds a couple days later. I thought that was resolved until I opened the app a couple days ago and noticed it hasn’t been updated since.Show lessStarted out “great” then went very downhill
When I first subscribed to AskVet, I loved the idea of it. I talked to real animal doctors about my cats and they gave me advice. Until one day my cat had an emergency, major bleeding from his ear, and I had to take him in. The veterinary office said they are glad I brought him in when I did as it could have gotten way worse. I reached out to AskVet about using the Rainy Day fund that I had accumulated over nearly a year of subscription and loyalty. They took a few days to respond and told me it wasn’t an emergency and it didn’t qualify. I asked them to call the vet’s office and they wouldn’t. They then continued to ignore follow up emails.
