The app is a good idea and I like the idea of being able to regenerate your plan when you miss a workout or have other changes. However no one answers questions in the ‘support & ask an expert’. I have had questions from 2 months ago with no response. In addition plan regeneration does not seem to change the plan even if you missed several prior workouts. I will be looking for alternatives.
