Best fitness app I've used so far

I’ve tried quite a few fitness apps, but none of them offer such a customized experience. I love how it
adjusts to my progress and motivates me with challenges. Plus, the nutrition advice is a great bonus.

Does not work!

None the galaxylines apps work anymore. To cancel subscriptions, you need to cancel your credit card through your bank and have a new card issued. This is what I had to do to avoid any future charges.

Rip off Stay away bait and switch no human customer service

I have downloaded many apps and have to say this is the most badly run that I have experienced. There is no human customer support. They have a PO Box mailboxes Etc office out of NY. I signed up with my gmail but paid with Apple Pay and canceled before my week trial was over but they did not credit me back and fought my dispute.

Stay away horrible sleepy company shame on you all if you search online you will find hundreds of people who have been charged $86.99

The so called 7-day plan is a scam!

The app is a scam

They charged me some ridiculous monthly fee for subscription and when I tried to cancel, they said it non- refundable. Glad that I report it to my credit card company and they got my money back. I wish apple store will block them for good.

They are scam artists who take your money and do not care about the customer

SCAM don’t waste your time

I was charged 86$ after one day of downloading the app for no reason. They only offered me a year for free in return.

Scam

Do not download. I downloaded and subscribed for a year. They advertised $19.99 for the year. Then they started charging me 86.99 monthly. Total scam.

SCAM

Do not get this! The app says premium subscription is $19.99, but even though we immediately cancelled and deleted the app, we still got charged $86.99 one week later. A quick google search of “Galaxy Line LLC” and I found that they are a total scam and will keep charging your card for unauthorized subscriptions even after you cancel! We’ve had to file a dispute through our bank and cancel our card to request new card numbers just to avoid these fraudulent charges! The app doesn’t show up in our subscriptions, there is no option in the app itself to cancel or even to know that you’ve been signed up!
