App crashes and won’t open
Once you try to open the app it instantly crashes. Worthless and makes using the camera I bought limited.AltJR88
If will work for my iPhone
I have the iPhone 13 promax and it keeps logging off or closing out the app. Every time I click on it I need to work with my phone I don’t understand why it doesn’t want to work. It works with my tablet perfectly fine and that’s an android, so what’s going on? Why is it not compatible with this phone? Please fix this.Show lessresidentevilcar

The app closes out
Everytime i try to use this app on my iPhone for my camera the app automatically closes out. Seems like there is an issue with the app. And it’s ashame because i took some beautiful underwater pictures in hawaii and would like to upload them but I can’t if the app doesn’t work. Can’t download videos and videos are bad quality
The camera films decently… DEFINITELY not 4K but when I connect the camera through the app the first thing I noticed is how long it took the videos to play once I clicked on them. The next thing I noticed which really annoyed me is the fact that after spending a good while downloading 56 videos and going to my photos app to watch the videos over the only thing that played was the sound and the picture was just showing a thumbnail of the video… fix this. I thought it was just my phone but I even used my brand new 2021 iPad Air and still the same issues. I just want to be able to watch my videos. And edit them to show my family.Show lesscydwhyt
