Great workout app is full of bugs
Timers in almost every workout seem to malfunction. They count down and then restart halfway through. Not what you need mid exercise. Please fix!!screddie
App doesn’t save active plans
The App started out really well and the plans and workouts are good, but of late my active plans stayed in the active list once completed and new plans didn’t save! I’ve been trying to get the support team to investigate and resolve the issues for a couple of months but responses are very slow and they seem more worried about adding more plans than fixing interface issues. Manually tracking progress through plans is painful and will mean looking at other options if it’s not fixed soon.Show less4350DC
Great workouts, app could do with being refined
The latest update of the app leaves a lot to be desired.
There seems to be many glitches that cause the workouts to stop and you can’t return to the place you left off.
The countdown clock in the bottom right seems to have disappeared.
There is no way to scroll through or move back in time in any of the videos, which is a huge issue. You can never pause a workout and return to it easily.
If you’re called during a workout, the workout cuts off, and you must start again.

Trainwright family
I started this journey through lockdown and it’s been absolutely INSANE for me. I was really big when I started this and the workouts were really tough, however I persevered and now I’m smashing it.
Mark and Josh are amazing, they are so helpful.
You get out what you give, this app gives you it all. I’ve completed all their lives, plans and now this app is just perfect!
It’s great as it gives you everything you need.
Boxing, abs, yoga, lives, weighted hiits, normal hits! You can do them in the house or in the gym!
You will not change if there is no challenge and they have changed me and shaped my future.
I will be forever grateful to the pair of them the rest of my life.

Needs refining
Agree with other reviews some of the exercise videos need looking at, ie says it’s a pyramid so u assume your going to work through each exercise for 40 then 30 then 20 rather than doing the same exercise for 40, 30, 20 before moving to a different exercise! Take a look guys as could be much better / the AS lives are fab though 👍Show lessDonnden
Disappointed
I’ve already stuck with Mark and Josh but this app has been put together so unprofessionally. I found it was the same with the Trainwright site; things being out of sync, dodgy timers etc. It’s the same on the app but worse. Descriptions don’t match the actual workout, sound is out of sync. I just did one of the yoga sessions and the poor girl made a mistake, said where it should be cut and started a section again but the whole thing of her talking to the people filming was left in and it was so distracting. I hate to say it but is terrible to charge people for such unprofessional service. Will be cancelling my subscription 😔Show lessCrystalGift
Content great app not
Workouts are really good and I love that can pick and choose and mash 2 workouts together.
Unfortunately descriptions are incorrect and the app itself fails on many levels. Stopped acknowledging when completed an exercise and once completed a program blanks out all data.

Awful, do not subscribe
I have love love loved Wrighty & Train Wrights Instagram content, it has literally kept me working out all through lockdown. I love their high energy, individualism and motivation. So, if like me, you loved it too, do not buy the app! I subscribed confident that I was going to get access to more of the workouts I had come to love. However the app workouts are dull, repetitive, boring, and not motivational at all. Mark Wright has created a catalogue of moves and then looped them together to create lots of different workouts. Sometimes the looping doesn’t even sync with the HIIT timer. I have a free basic HIIT timer on my phone, which does the same thing. I was so disappointed, that I sent a lengthy email to customer service, only to get a generic robot response back - even that isn’t personalised. It really does seem like this is just another celebrity cashing in. Mark Wright please bring back the free insta content!! You were nailing itShow lessnnicoll001
Terrible
Bought this app on the day of launch, however it wouldn’t let me register just took payment, app downloaded and I couldn’t access it, kept saying account already in use for this email address. Customer service have been appalling, not at all helpful and neither have the team. No one has been interested in getting the issues sorted. Still waiting a reply from the support team, been 4 days now, I have no faith anymore so won’t be buying this app.Show lesslillymae 3!
Nightmare
Was really looking forward to using this app, however I never got the chance! Purchased the app , tried to complete registration , logged me out and then could access my account. Kept saying it didn’t recognise email address , which meant I couldn’t reset password . Contacted customer support, dreadful, not convinced they even tried to fix it. I had to chase them up. Happy for me to try and get a refund from Apple , obviously not bother about trying to keep customers. Over all really disappointed , will not use again - real shame!Show lessScanners9
