  • Could be better

As a game, it’s great. The puzzles are challenging, but engaging. I don’t particularly care about the story one way or the other, but the gameplay is great.

My issue is with the energy bar. Most games I find give you one energy every 2-3 minutes max. Waiting 15 minutes for one energy point is insane. I was able to complete the tutorial and three levels, and then waited for hours to be able to play another level.

I ended to deleting the game because I didn’t want to wait another few hours to play one level. Maybe if they lower the energy timer I’ll redownload.

Thanks for playing Rooms & Exits and for your feedback! There is an option to refill your energy by watching videos whenever there are videos available, just click on the Energy icon. You can also purchase more energy there. Hope this helps!
  • Love playing rooms and exits

I play on my phone and then sometimes on my iPad but the both are on different levels is their away to play on both at the same level
  • Fun game, but…

It’s a fun game, but some of the puzzles are not intuitive at all. And as others have said, there have been many times where I was tapping a spot, nothing happens, and then I reluctantly use a hint, it tells me to go to the spot I just tapped on. Also, the hint button is in a bad spot and I have inadvertently pressed it multiple times, wasting my coins. It should be moved or maybe add a confirmation, like you have with the hotspot: “Would you like to spend 100 coins on a hint?”

  • Great game

I have tried several different escape room games and get bored. They are too easy. This game actually gets my wheels turning. I find myself getting stumped at times but I absolutely love the challenge!!
  • Interesting game but needs work

I love the puzzle aspect of this game, mostly. There have been a few puzzles that even once I have the answer made little to no sense, but for the most part the puzzles are great. The story is kinda neither here nor there- like it doesn’t bother me but it doesn’t really add anything to the game. It doesn’t seem to matter and honestly I don’t care about it at all. Now the hints are the part that needs work. First, I think they are in the wrong order: they give you a clue first and if you ask for a new one, it just points to where you need to go. Maybe for some that is helpful but the clue for me already gives the spot away, so then I’m wasting coins on a hint I don’t need. I feel it should be the other way around- like first tell us where to focus and THEN the clue on how to solve it. Lastly, I don’t like that the last “clue” just solves the puzzle for you, well, it’s not the solution being done for me that is the problem, it’s just that most of them are done in a flash and then disappear! I want to know why/how that conclusion was made! I want to learn how it was done so I can keep it in mind for future puzzles. Please!

Overall, I generally enjoy the game and can’t wait to see more stages and chapters.

  • Just right

As an intelligent woman in her 40s, I find this game very enjoyable. It is not too difficult, nor is it to simple. Thus the title of my review, Just right. My only complaint is that if you want to get rid of ads or you want extra energy you have to pay for it. I much prefer to pay $5-10 one time rather than the same amount any time I want a decent amount of energy.

  • Not very accurate

I would click on something that I think is a clue but does nothing UNTIL I use coins for a hint and it tells me to do exactly what I was doing before ie: clicking a drawer or cabinet to see if it opens which it doesn’t open. I feel stuck so I click a hint and it tells me a cabinet to click which is the same one I was tapping on.

  • Fun, Challenging, Want More

Liked because you get different types of puzzles in each room. Great mix of easy to hard challenges in each room. Ads are your choice, I watched them for when I got stumped and for energy to progress game, also a couple of times I accidentally hit the hint button using up my coins, so watched some more 😊oh well! My only criticism is that after I paid for the final hint with coins from ads it did not show me how the answer was gotten or the solution, it just automatically completed the puzzle, leaving me puzzled on the answer. 🤔

  • Challenging thinking game

I finally found a game that makes you think and take notes. I love that it’s not super easy. I’ve been stumped a few times so far while playing and “paid” for clues (with coins awarded while playing) - the clues help but still let you figure it out. This is the 1st game I’ve ever recommended to anyone. Yes, I highly recommend if you are looking for something challenging.

  • Problems with clues

The second clue never helps, it just puts a red circle around a part of an item. Also, I wish the 3rd clue would show how it solves the puzzle instead of just into opening whatever is locked. I would like to know how I should have solved it.
