  • Dishonest

    Claims to have more topics than it does but they have coming soon on them. Only have anxiety, therapy 101 and core beliefs. I don’t like being misled. I will try one of these and see what they are like however it should not say it has imposter syndrome, self esteem, anger management and boundaries unless it actually has them. I’m unlikely to keep this more than a week as I feel misled.

  • Genuinely a game changer

    This has been a game changer for me and I’ve been telling everyone about it. I’ve become so much more self-aware since using this app. And it’s SO BEAUTIFUL!!!

    Love that bravely is just getting started and I’m already reflecting on how I can improve my work life balance..and the guide books are already there to support.

    Finally a realistic, genuine, easy going resource to use to support mental health. Accessible to anyone, which is mint for us living rurally. Will explore it more and come back to this review.

    This app has really helped me understand myself and my mental health without feeling totally overwhelmed. It’s really well thought out, the design is great and it’s so easy to use and follow. You can tell the people who created this app really do care about mental health. I highly recommend it!

    I’ve been using Bravely for a little while now, and not only do I actually look forward to using it everyday- but it’s taught me so much about myself. I like that it’s evidence-based, so what I’m reading is seriously good information. It’s an amazing tool for anyones mental health journey! 5/5 recommend.

  • Just what I needed!

    What a great app! You can tell there was a lot of time put into making this. I was looking for more of an evidence backed resource to help me address and track my stress and anxiety. There’s some great insight here that I find very helpful and really stands out amongst other apps I’ve tried in the mental health space.
