New app doesn’t work on they don’t care
The app updated and stopped working on my phone. I deleted it. I downloaded again. I did this multiple times over a weeks time frame. I did again and still couldn’t get it to work. I physically went to a credit union location. They couldn’t get it to work either and told me it probably would start working in a few days, because I’m the only the person using the app where the isn’t working. Whether that’s true or not I do not know. It’s been more than a few days. I’ve repeated delete the app redownload and etc multiple times. I’ve also turned my phone on and off. It still does not work and Signet isn’t going to do anything about it because I was told I’m the only person having this issue with the app not working so it’s not Signet Federal Credit Unions Problem it’s my problem.
