  • Mobile deposit is hard to use

    Good app overall, but have lots of issues with mobile deposit. If the person writing the check doesn’t fit everything exactly in the lines, or sometimes for seemingly no reason at all, it takes many tries to get it to accept. It seems to have gotten worse with the last update. If this was fixed, everything would be great with it.

    Good overall, but have some issues with mobile deposit, if the check is not written perfectly clearly it often takes many, many tries before it accepts it. Otherwise it is great
