The app could be better, from a UX and functionality standpoint; sometimes it forgets my order while I’m in the middle of it, and the re-order previous order is flakey in deciding if it wants to work. Sometimes it can take a second to load between pages, and sometimes I get to the end screen before being told that they’re no longer accepting mobile orders. If you have multiple of the same item, sometimes their machine doesn’t print them all either; but they’ll make it for you ASAP or reimburse you if you point it out. The staff is always super friendly, and the food is fantastic. The app could be better, but it gets the job done. And compared to some other company apps I’ve had to deal with lately, this one is a godsend.
