Constantly delivering wrong item
I honestly never seen how worse this could get compared to other delivery Apps within Dubai. I have regretfully ordered an item from this app, and they sent me the wrong item…. Told them to replace it with the right item immediately, however they insisted that I had to go through a long process in order to get the credit on my account so I could reorder the right item again. This was since 18th April! Make long story short, I got the credit after a while, ordered the item I wanted, and AGAIN got the wrong item! Tried to explain how stupid this could get but they emphasized that I have to go through the same process again given the fact that the mistake was repeated Twice!
