Update: Needing help
Ok I checked my subscription cancel date and I did cancel it right after I opened it. You card without my permission and now I can’t even get on to play or anything it wants me to re subscribe. It’s all on my Apple phone what day and time I canceled this. Please refunds my card and if you need and of the screenshots from Apple just let me know I have them. Thank you for everything and good luck! How can I log back in to get my subscription it keeps treating me like I’m not a subscribed member. Maybe I don’t know what I’m doing but please help me. I used a different log in ID the one I’m under now on this review. I tried logging in as my Apple ID (mickigibbons) and it acts like I’m not a subscriber. Please help me, it cost too much to just ignore. Thank you so very much! Can’t wait to hear back from ya! Michelle Gibbons
