Ohhh you better get ready for this one lies
Play anything but This app they are completely dishonest. I was expecting to get a good suprise but instead I received 50$ instant I asked for a refund because they tricked to believe it was a suprise I was getting but really I was paying for 50 gems l!! I called apple to cancel that ridiculous transaction but I was told the request would not be refunded . I am a college student single mom who needs every dollar to make more money not gems I have to pay for. So what ever suprise you may think is coming I’m here to let it be known this app has no support for the players needs. Apps like this must be removed from unexpected users so please don’t let this unacceptable behavior continue because more people will get hurt than they deserve. Creators do the right thing and refund users money if asked.. I have never spent a dime in app and 50 came right out my linked account with no option to stop it.!!!Show lessMorenos Wifey type

I checked my download history and downloaded this app in September 2023, here we are in August of 2024 and I still haven’t been able to “win” anything. Not sure how much money people are wasting on this app to “win” prizes, but the feed at the top of the app shows all kinds of users winning prizes. Most games that I play that allow you to “win “ prizes are much quicker to pay out. Definitely going to uninstall this one since it’s a waste of time unless you spend actual money purchasing upgrades…when it would be more cost effective on both time and money to just buy the “rewards” that I’m trying to win. I definitely don’t recommend this app for anyone that thinks you’ll actually “win “ any prizes without spending any money like I assumed would be possible. Ok I checked my subscription cancel date and I did cancel it right after I opened it. You card without my permission and now I can’t even get on to play or anything it wants me to re subscribe. It’s all on my Apple phone what day and time I canceled this. Please refunds my card and if you need and of the screenshots from Apple just let me know I have them. Thank you for everything and good luck! How can I log back in to get my subscription it keeps treating me like I’m not a subscribed member. Maybe I don’t know what I’m doing but please help me. I used a different log in ID the one I’m under now on this review. I tried logging in as my Apple ID (mickigibbons) and it acts like I’m not a subscriber. It’s extremely greedy now!
I understand it's free but it's gotten really greedy!! There is no real way to earn any currency! They removed gems from the spinner and I am sitting at over 2 million coins with nothing to spend them on. I completed every village for currency already with no prize yet. You can't win anything from the wheel to use. The only way to get gem currency is from the daily login after 7 days logging in. They have also just significantly reduced the daily login rewards as well! Even the seasonal pass has missions locked behind a paywall for the free passes. The prize hunt (digging) mini game is rigged and gives the same useless 50 spins everytime no matter which area you select. It's also loaded with bugs and never rewards what it should. DO NOT TRUST THEM
You will earn ALL YOUR REFERRALS just for them to tell you over half of them don’t count even though they clearly show they counted on your side. They took half my referrals away due to new “rigorous” verification, so I waited a couple months and earns them all back and I’ve been stuck on the last referral because it keeps giving every signup a “fraud” message for signing up. So now they’re saying over half my referrals AGAIN are not eligible even though it says I only needed 1 left! These people and this app is a LEGIT SCAM. Support will not help you, you will waste your time with this app they will not give you what you earned and it baffles me as I’ve been spending $2.99 on this app weekly as well. I hope they get sued DO NOT TRUST THEM. *UPDATE* they also add new features making it HARDER to win your items even though when you first unlocked the prize it wasn’t as hard to win. For example for some now not only do you have to REFER but you ALSO have to play they're games and spend so many coins to unlock it, even though when I got the prize at first all I needed to do was refer so they added on extra locks to make it harder to win WHOEVER IS UPDATING SURPRISE NEEDS TO QUIT THEY'VE MADE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO WIN.Show lessDestinyyyyyyy3

This is set up to make you give up contacts info and try to get you to recruit people, and for you to spend $. Impossible to get anything free, because they will change the rules midgame. Raffle wheel 60 pack used to be 2.5k gems. Now its 25k. Hate this app. Hate the developers. Total scam and sham! This app was exciting at first,but its always “buggy”. Tried free trial to get the free hammers. They never gave them to me. Then they gave me 30 bronze hammers(which you can still win in the games) but they were never available to me, and were always lumped in with my bronze surprises. That I could not ever crack. Like well over a thousand. . My mom downloaded this too and she was able to crack her bronze eggs. She said it was stuff like power to spinn win, or coins or gems. I complained to customer service, and they told me the bronze was now for “upgrade” material for higher tier eggs. I played word zen alot and won credits for prize raffle wheel, which I’d spend gems to multiply bonus it, and credits would be missing. Let customer service know and now word zen never has prize raffle credits to win. This app acts like you can “win” free stuff, but once they see that someone is playing to their own advantage, they seem to make changes to make it near impossible. This is a great app but since this last update I’ve been having tons of problems. Its very frustrating because I pay for the elite but can’t use the app because error messages keep popping up and nothing will load or if it does it takes a long time.
Also something else I’m frustrated with is how many prizes there are, you should be able to select between an assortment or be able to mark off things that you can’t use. Like for ex. I started to get keys for a PlayStation gift card but I would have absolutely no purpose to use that as I have a Xbox not a PlayStation. There are many things like that I can’t use. And as for exchanging the keys, it costs way too many gems to do so and the rewards for exchanging 10+ keys is not worth very much.Show lessJoejoehia

So I have been playing for about a week now and I have not won anything. I have purchased the weekly elite member tier. I do not see how anyone wins any of these games especially when buying keys. I have bought keys and opened eggs but the eggs dont always give keys to items I love. So it makes me question if that is why its harder to redeem your rewards cause they give you keys to other things that werent chosen by you. On the plus side the games are fun to play.
I’ve been playing this app for a while and have not won any kind of gift cards. Ive paid for a weekly subscription and nothing. It is impossible to win anything. I can get my silver prizes to 9/10 and will no longer see those. This new update with the chickens and no longer being able to switch out prizes even as an elite member. Is not a good one.
