Update: Needing help
Ok I checked my subscription cancel date and I did cancel it right after I opened it. You card without my permission and now I can’t even get on to play or anything it wants me to re subscribe. It’s all on my Apple phone what day and time I canceled this. Please refunds my card and if you need and of the screenshots from Apple just let me know I have them. Thank you for everything and good luck! How can I log back in to get my subscription it keeps treating me like I’m not a subscribed member. Maybe I don’t know what I’m doing but please help me. I used a different log in ID the one I’m under now on this review. I tried logging in as my Apple ID (mickigibbons) and it acts like I’m not a subscriber. Please help me, it cost too much to just ignore. Thank you so very much! Can’t wait to hear back from ya! Michelle Gibbons

Love this app mostly but…
Also something else I’m frustrated with is how many prizes there are, you should be able to select between an assortment or be able to mark off things that you can’t use. Like for ex. I started to get keys for a PlayStation gift card but I would have absolutely no purpose to use that as I have a Xbox not a PlayStation. There are many things like that I can’t use. And as for exchanging the keys, it costs way too many gems to do so and the rewards for exchanging 10+ keys is not worth very much.

I’ve been playing this app for a while and have not won any kind of gift cards. Ive paid for a weekly subscription and nothing. It is impossible to win anything. I can get my silver prizes to 9/10 and will no longer see those. This new update with the chickens and no longer being able to switch out prizes even as an elite member. Is not a good one. Its making it even more impossible.
