You will earn ALL YOUR REFERRALS just for them to tell you over half of them don’t count even though they clearly show they counted on your side. They took half my referrals away due to new “rigorous” verification, so I waited a couple months and earns them all back and I’ve been stuck on the last referral because it keeps giving every signup a “fraud” message for signing up. So now they’re saying over half my referrals AGAIN are not eligible even though it says I only needed 1 left! These people and this app is a LEGIT SCAM. Support will not help you, you will waste your time with this app they will not give you what you earned and it baffles me as I’ve been spending $2.99 on this app weekly as well. What a disappointment, after more than a year of playing, having taken the paid Elite subscription several times, and not having won even a rubber band, much less a prize like the ones they offer, I am ready to give you my review about how false it is. It is this game and the loss of time and money it causes. Every time you are about to win something, you never actually earn it! Every item you have that is 9/10 you get added more and MORE items. You always start with another item that is at 1/10. It is repetitive and at the end you never actually earn something. The more updates they put out, the harder it gets to get hammers or any actual prizes. When you are close to getting something, you get hyped up only to get something else and most likely not earn it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS!!Show lessLoly@01

I love this app. I love opening surprises to see what I can try to win. I have won a couple of small $5 and $10 gift cards but nothing bigger yet. I’m a bit Leary as to whether I’ll ever get bigger items. I am one or two away from many nicer items but never seem to get it which is a disappointment. Also there are many glitches that seem to change day to day. On the surprises you used to be able to try to swap for a chance at different items for free, now you have to pay 500 gems. The scratch and win card is 1000 gems and the reward challenge is very expensive to buy. People will be more likely to stay and buy if the cost to buy things wasn’t so high all the time. Also you win tickets but still cannot use them for anything I can say their support is great and they listen and get back to you quickly and follow up. I’ve download this game about a year ago at this point I actually won a prize I was supposed to be getting a $500 voucher for delta that I won playing one of their scratch off games but I haven’t even gotten my prize. Even some of my progress as far as like my surprise eggs that I rightfully earned when they made an update to the app, they were gone so the things that I was supposed to win, and I never did. when I first reached out back in January, this has yet to be resolved and at this point, it’s over a year later do not play this game you’ll just be scammed. It’s a spending money to be able to see Ms all that you’d be able to win these prizes, but you will never win. And when someone did finally get back to me about my $500 Delta voucher that I have rightfully one I was told that the developers were still looking into certain issues. I even took a screenshot and sent them the game showing them that I want and that the app didn’t compute my win. Again, this problem has yet to be resolved and I hope everyone stays far away from this app BIGGEST SCAM! This entire issue was not only dragged out for almost a year, but outside of being dragged out for almost a year. It’s a fun enough game. But after first day of use very hard to get diamonds and hammers . Took me quite a while to save up enough diamonds to buy hammers brought the biggest pack of 10 hammers plus for extra hammers for 1,800 diamonds, only got 10 hammers… now it’s back to spinning the wheel and hoping I eventually get hammers or diamonds or both, which is what you need to actually win a free gift in this game. Unless you want to spend money to try and get the number of keys you need for the gift you want. If you spend money is your gift really free? Fun enough game but who knows if you will actually win a completely free gift…..Show lessRebecca doll

i have had this app for two months and paid for elite all the way through besides the free trial and haven’t won anything. heres the thing- this app is NOT a scam. I’ve seen people win with referrals. the way i like to put it is this app is gambling for poor people (like myself). you pay $3 a week which feels like it’s not much but it certainly does not pay off. you’ll be paying for elite for months before you win anything. you might as well save $3 a week and buy the items / gift cards you’re trying to win. i can’t even imagine how long it takes to win for people who don’t even pay for elite 😭i think I’d lose my mind. also, you’ll get to 9 keys on items and they will just keep adding more DIFFERENT items so you can’t get the last key. if you know a lot of people, referrals are the way to go. but personally, i will be ditching surprise and saving my money instead of being a fool to this specific form of capitalism 💀Show lesslibbywoke

This was such a great game before the new update! I actually used to look forward to playing this game daily, and whats really the worst part is that i reached out to customer service about how i had felt about the new update and it seems that they must have not liked what i had to say because i can no longer open and play the game!! It opens up, loads and then i get a black screen which ironically happened on what was supposed to be my seventh consecutive day of playing and receiving the max reward for daily "check-ins”!! Then theres no way to get “golden hammers” because even after so many “silver hammers” those even stop being given as rewards, then customer support says “it to create transparency between players and themselves” what does that mean? Update august 25 - I really am still loving the app. I’ve won a decent amount & there’s so much games to play. I’m glad and hope it sticks around. A lot of times it seems the good apps don’t last.
This app really has everything. Pretty much everything is a way to earn prizes. I downloaded it about 2 weeks ago & I've won $60 in gift cards plus near winning more. Customer service is great also. I hope this app sticks around & continues to operate as they are now. A lot of times apps will change things up once they see things going a certain way. This is really great for anyone. I went with a three for right now I just downloaded and signed up I think yesterday even did the subscription for the elite membership the scratch and match game that you earn credits to use I got two credits to use and the game don’t work so I contacted support and asked them about it they did abosoulty nothing other then they escalated the ticket but as of writing this alllost 38 hours and nothing that game still won’t work I’ve deleted the app and re downloaded still don’t work I like the app and the games I think if you stay at it long and consistent enough you will win so I fee like I’ve started this new app and subscribed to the membership for the better perks just to have one of the games that earns you the stuff not to work the most advertised game support didn’t even offer anything for the inconvenience like they should when customers are let down like that I would really appreciate it if some one actually helped with this and solved it rather than just pushing it off to the side please and thank you I’ll be waiting for a responseShow lessTyler1008
