Update 16/08: I am updating to say that the customer service has reached back out to me & my gift cards have all been sent to my email. Very greatly appreciate the service I was given. Will like to give it a bit longer and see how things go with receiving prizes & if it is an unattainable goal with hammers/ if prizes can only be won with doing referrals. Hopefully all goes well. If prizes are actually sent, seems like possibly the best app (in my opinion). Seems like many apps only give rewards for referral and it would be nice if it is possible to win prizes playing games as well.
15/08: I’m enjoying the game overall but it does seem a bit off. Idk, i won a couple $10 gift cards but I’ve also not received some gift cards. I was told it takes 3 days or something but its been a weekShow lessMichelle1276

I have been playing this game for a few months. Overall it has been awesome, especially at the beginning. I won a few free prizes, nothing to exciting, but getting there package in the mail is always fun. Recently I paid for elite membership, which has few more perks. However the constantly changing games and options within the membership has lots of bugs. Customer service is lacking and assume it’s AI responding, because I get the same answer for any issue I have. If they could at least recognize players having issues and either resolving them or crediting them back, would make this a 6star game. Instead I questioning leaving due to the bots that respond to me.Show lessaksel2957

This app really has everything. Pretty much everything is a way to earn prizes. I downloaded it about 2 weeks ago & I've won $60 in gift cards plus near winning more. Customer service is great also. I hope this app sticks around & continues to operate as they are now. A lot of times apps will change things up once they see things going a certain way. This is really great for anyone. I love winning the prizes but my husband has been on the app everyday & he just plays games. It’s really for anyone at all.Show lessFood Director

I think the Surprise app can be VERY rewarding if you put some time into it. So far I have gotten about 70$ in gift cards in like a week. The problem is that it is hard to get them, without spending money. I spent a good chunk of money on this, but I still got more prizes than the money I have spent. It is possible to get prizes without spending money, but you need to have a lot of patience. I have been having problems with withdrawing gift cards, they don’t get sent to my email, even though they said it got sent, but I contact support and they do it manually within 24 hours, so in the end it all works out. Overall, if you have a bit of time, I think you should download this app and give it a try!Show lessJacob‼️

It’s cool so far have t won any surprises yet but we will see only thing I don’t like is the referral part I don’t know many people and I. Not a solicitor so what I’m doing in my spare time is my business I don’t want to have to share to get prizes that wasn’t disclosed in the ad/ commercial And isn’t revealed until you win or are led to believe and the. Boom referrals!!

Everytime I try to load the board up to match the pictures, it gives me a message at the top saying “NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object”… whatever the heck that means!? I have tried loading it up several times, as it claims you could win exclusive and fancy things, but it never lets me play. Also confused about why you have to purchase so many hammers just to crack the surprise eggs open. Some people don’t have that kind of money and can’t afford putting money into games like that! Wish it was back to the older version and much simpler. I think they’re adding too much to this app! Kind of unnecessary and not needed.Show lessMissCali95

This was such a great game before the new update! I actually used to look forward to playing this game daily, and whats really the worst part is that i reached out to customer service about how i had felt about the new update and it seems that they must have not liked what i had to say because i can no longer open and play the game!! It opens up, loads and then i get a black screen which ironically happened on what was supposed to be my seventh consecutive day of playing and receiving the max reward for daily "check-ins”!! Then theres no way to get “golden hammers” because even after so many “silver hammers” those even stop being given as rewards, then customer support says “it to create transparency between players and themselves” what does that mean? Every single Time I try to do anything on this app it always says missing information and the app freezes up causing me to reset it every single time! I’m honestly starting to think that this app is just a waste of my time and my determination to try to get anything for free, if I could give this app zero stars I would and my review of this app will not change unless something gets done, and I won’t even refer anyone that I know to try this app out. And trust me I have made a lot of reviews on places, restaurants, hotels, shows, money making apps such as TesterUp, google play store games, and Apple Store games. I thought this game would be very fun winning prizes in exchange for the developers getting money from the ads I watch. I hope this game and all over games just like this one get banned from the App Store. These developers are making people so excited that they will get money and cool prizes yet they never will give prizes. I really wish you developers could hold up your end of the agreement instead all you do is be extremely greedy and make money off of this poor incident people. You guys also only reply to the people that give you 1 star reviews because you want to try to change there mind so you can get 5 stars so you can get more money. Yet you actually don’t even try half the time you just send the same crappy replies to so many people and also stealing there money. That’s is so messed up. This game is constantly changing and it doesn’t allow you a fair chance to win. The match games are all rigged. And they keep changing their eggs and hammers along with the prizes to where you have to work longer and harder to get them which is completely ridiculous. I’ve had this app for years and it’s just devastating when you’re so close to winning something and then they change it or the app crashes.
Right now I had at least a 10 day log in streak and the app crashed and won’t let me play which of course took away that streak. Get your app together please and stop holding out on your consumers. It’s ridiculous.Show lessrayray2817
