Works 100%
Never had an issue. Faultless. Would like more feature but can’t complain. :)
Why won’t it stay logged in?
Every 6 or 7 rides I have to log in again and it doesn’t use face recognition. It’s annoying, I’m ready to go, connect the app and then have to enter my password etc. Why? It doesn’t hold sensitive information it just records my mileage. I hope this issue is addressed with an update.

Works well to adjust power
Works well to adjust power without having to lean over to access the battery. However, three main drawbacks - (1) doesn’t work when battery is off; (2) doesn’t seem possible to update service history despite there being a function for this; (3) currently not possible to operate using voice commands via Siri.

Easy to track miles progress
This app is great to track riding progress.
Useful for quick info like bike serial number, Battery serial number with software version and charge cycle.

OK, but more to do
It seems to work fairly well but is a bit limited. It only shows information about charge level and mileage when the battery is on the bike. Surely it could record and display current status when of the bike. It would be nice if it could display and record the latest run mileage rather than just the total. It would be useful too to add a Watch app then I could change power level with Siri since I don’t want the phone sitting up on handlebars.

No guidance how to connect
I have repeatedly reinstalled this app and logged onto my Brompton account but there are no instructions how to connect it to my bike. I have a picture and frame details but the other screens do not appear. Where’s the help?
I’m confused!
I’ve downloaded the app but it doesn’t do anything other than allowing me to change my bike name and photo!?!?
What is its purpose?

No instructions on pairing
Load the app, turn on the bike, and nothing. No guidance on how to set the bike up and the video has nothing.
Handy but....
I like this app but a couple of things would make it so much better for me. I would like to be able to keep a record of my trips. At the moment once you click finish all the trip info disappears, it just adds the distance travelled to your running total. This is useful but being able to compare trips would be more useful. The second thing I would like to see would be the ability to reverse the display as, at the moment, it is difficult to read it in the sunshine.
Thanks anyway for bringing us the app. It was worth the wait.

It’s arrived!
Brompton Electric app is here (I’m assuming bike first needs be updated by a dealer to firmware 1-2-10-2)
Seems to give basic trip info (speed/distance) and lets you change power level.
And probably most useful is :
1. Total odometer reading for the bike (Bike must have been recording this since day one as it said 508 miles which is about what I think I’ve done)
2. Battery charge cycles (14 on my bike apparently)
And bike does seems to allow re-connection between 2 iPhones (not simultaneously I assume) without having to redo full pairing when switching between phones
