  • Soooo simple and understandable

    Great app for making your videos clear to anyone even if you watch video without sound
  • A technical glitch throughout the entire day.

    Signed up for the pro version, needed to add subtitles to several videos within a day. Encountered a technical issue all day long. The app itself is nice and convenient but really let me down on deadlines.

    Програма класна, мені все подобається. Але як я скачую відео, то показує мені рекламу і реклама дуже інтимного характеру . Таке краще не показувати в рекламі, якщо ви це можете - видаліть або перегляньте, що там крутиться😅

  • Text does not center

    Leaving a review because I’ve reached out for support and have not received a response. I use Liro for work, and it has been a simple but effective tool for the last couple years (other than some glitches where it suddenly closes once in a while). Lately, I am not able to center text correctly and I have to manually do it using a ruler. I pay for this app, so it’s a bit disappointing I cannot get support on this.

  • Return money, please

    It is said that monthly subscription is $7.99, but I was charged $37,98 !!!! Why? I don't want this subscription anymore!

    Yana, hello 👋 Olena from the Liro team is here. Thanks for your feedback though I am sorry about the issues with the payment. Let me help you with this one! It is correct: we have different options including monthly and annual ones. However, once the trial is over, the subscription renews for the annual option automatically. The only way to avoid this is to pick another variant beforehand. Now, as for the refund, all the payments go through Apple. They are the only ones to access your funds and return them, I am afraid 😔 You need to fill in a quick form: https://reportaproblem.apple.com/?s=6 and the Apple team will help you further. I’d still love to chat with you and hope you will give Liro another chance. Please email me at os@liroapp.com when you have a minute 🙏
