    It is said that monthly subscription is $7.99, but I was charged $37,98 !!!! Why? I don't want this subscription anymore!

    The app is working worse and wosre. I’m using it as a pro for a while and numbers of glich is extremely annoying.

    how can I write to your support and cancel the Pro plan. I don't like using your app, give me my money back!

As for the cancellation, your Liro subscription is managed through your iPhone settings: go to the Settings tab —> Apple ID —> choose Subscriptions —> pick Liro —> click Cancel. As for the refund, all the payments go through Apple directly, so I cannot access your funds, I am afraid. Please fill in the form: https://reportaproblem.apple.com/?s=6 and the Apple team will help you further. I’d love to discuss this if possible. Please email me at os@liroapp.com if you have a minute 🙏
  • My captions changed from clear to dull

    After trying every caption app, Liro was the best. I speak in a whisper due to a disability, and Liro recognized most of my words. It also had options to make my captions look beautiful.. at first. After exporting my first video, the rest came out with dull captions. I couldn't get white on black anymore, and the captions were gray and hard to read. I tried my best to contact a developer but the "contact us" button didnt work and the link to the website led nowhere, which is why I'm writing this review. If someone gets back to me before my purchase on the 26th I will continue with the purchase, and I'd give a 5 star review as well - but if not, I won't buy it. Too bad because I really liked it the first time around.

    Hey Erica 👋 Olena from the Liro team is here. Thanks for your feedback though I am sorry about the clarity of the captions. I understand it influences the result, so I feel you. Usually, it happens when the HDR feature is enabled during rendering. Please, try disabling HDR by turning the toggle off before the export. This will help with the colors.   • No support option + does not upload a 7 min video

    I’m having a real issue trying to get a hold of somebody through the app or even try to find an email to contact customer service.

    I purchased the pro option, with a monthly subscription. It is supposed to be able to upload upto 15 minutes of video.

    I have not been able to upload my 7 minute video, and it’s impossible try to find someone, and even go through the iPhone app process to request a full refund. Frustrating.

  • Still not working

    The app was great…when it was working. It’s been over two months and it’s still not working. It’s a shame because it really was great.

  • Did the app go down?

    What is wrong? The app has not been working for almost 2 weeks. I tried DM’ing on Instagram, nothing. Can’t get a hold of an agent on the in-app chat support. I really love this app and am still paying for it, but I will have to cancel my subscription if they don’t fix it.

  • App down for more than a week

    I am on a monthly subscription and the app isn’t working. It’s been down for more than a week!!!!

  • Don’t do it!!

    It works half the time trust me. Plus there’s no warning or customer service to fix things. Don’t waste your money!
