Passable App
Mostly works as advertised, but desperately needs two fixes:
1. Login won’t bring up passwords in iOS, forcing you to copy and paste from Passwords, which is asinine.
2. Really? You can’t add tickets to your Wallet? That would seem to be the most basic feature of this app.

Can’t log in
I just downloaded the app for my iPhone and after I enter my password and touch the continue button nothing happens so I can’t login to my account and retrieve my tickets.
Also, my phone keyboard covers the box where you type in your password so I can’t even see what I’m doing. Useless……

Useless App
Font is so large on signin screen that I am unable to sign in. Downloaded app three times and you are out!
Sign In Options Don’t Match Website
I wanted to try this app; however, I used Google’s social SSO to log into the website when I created my account/purchased my tickets so I don’t have an account password set. However, the app doesn’t support any of the social SSO login options that are supported on web. This seems quite illogical to me, especially as a UX designer who designs for omnichannel experiences myself. I guess I won’t know if this app will make my GalaxyCon experience better or not since I’m not going to go into my account to set a password I won’t remember next year just to use the app 🥴

I just downloaded this app…
I’m going to an anime convention tomorrow and they use this company to do the tickets… I assume that my phone down loaded the newest version of it… and every time I open the app it says there’s a new version available and won’t let me use the ducking app.
It might be a fantastic app. I have no idea because it won’t let me access it without downloading the new version that brings me back to this page in which there’s nothing to update.
I sure hope this problem gets fixed before the event tomorrow morning at 9am

stuck on an update screen…
my app is updated just fine and there’s no updates available, but i’m stuck on the update screen… i uninstalled and re-installed 3 times and the issue won’t go away, i even restarted my phone but i can’t use the app bc of it and i need it for my event soon

Favorites not saving
Feel like most of the profile settings is just a port to the website instead of all in-app. Also the app is not remembering favorited events and panels, or does not have an easy way to view favorited items.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! Our mobile app is currently in beta testing, and we are continuously pushing out improvements based on feedback received. Most functionality at this time is on the event organizer side, but attendee-facing features and improvements are coming soon as well. Check back at your next event as new improvements are being rapidly implemented. :)

This app is so easy to navigate, super intuitive and very easy to use. I love being able to browse the different events available. Would definitely recommend!!
