Leave a Review Joyread
Great books on this app but there’s some issues
I wanna start by saying that Joyread has really good stories and has a wide variety of genres, but the more you read the more Pearls(or coins) it costs you for the chapters as well as when I first got the app the videos(Which you can only do 5 times for more pearls) used to be 10 then I noticed it dropped down to 7 and now it’s at 5 (only enough for one chapter maybe two if your lucky) like is this how the developers keep their customers because to be honest with you I love this book app but I’m seriously thinking about deleting it and finding something else if this continues to go on like this, all I want at the end of the day is a good book to read that’s not super expensive and eating into my funds. Please fix this or tell me why you are making the chapters more expensive and lessening the video pearls.Show lessWhat a mess
They lure you in with the promise that you won’t have to pay to continue reading but it’s a lie. Too expensive and the stories are poorly written. As a published author I lost count of the punctuation and grammatical errors. Story goes nowhere. Each chapter is the same just different situations places. Basically a rinse and repeat chapter. The one I was reading had 2,503 chapters! I overlooked all the errors and missed words and mixed up names and kept reading. Almost every sentence ends with an exclamation point (!) but I continued to read until I had to pay! I’ll stick with WATTPAD which truly is FREE and has hundreds of book choices, something for everyone. Many of the stories there have won awards and have been published. Run away from these fly by night apps that promise the are free until they aren’t.Show lessNot Worth It
